Adam Powell is an institutional retirement plan advisor based in Clarkston, MI.

Adam joined CAPTRUST in 2013 and currently serves as a financial advisor for retirement services. He is responsible for providing investment and fiduciary advisory services to retirement plan sponsors. Adam provides a high level of service to plan sponsors through plan design consulting, fiduciary best practices, analyzing plan success, and presenting ways to improve participant and plan sponsor experiences.

Prior to joining the firm, Adam was a small business banker with Chase Bank. He also worked as a personal banker at Fifth Third Bank. In these roles, Adam proactively developed and maintained relationships with his customers while providing comprehensive financial and growth solutions.

When he’s not helping clients, Adam enjoys watching his four children compete in baseball, softball, and soccer. He is also an avid golfer and squeezes in a round of golf whenever possible. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Michigan-Flint and a Master of Business Administration degree from Cleary University.
