J.C. Howard is a wealth management financial advisor based in Pittsburgh, PA.

CAPTRUST welcomed J.C. to our team in 2021. He serves as a vice president and financial advisor, responsible for providing investment advisory services to individuals, families, and institutions. J.C. specializes in helping high-net-worth families, endowments, and foundations articulate their goals and develop strategies and solutions to accomplish those goals.

J.C. joined us from PWA Wealth Management—an independent wealth management firm—catering to the needs of high-net-worth families and institutions. He served as a wealth advisor, honing his client-centric, problem-solving, wealth management skills. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and investment management from Saint Vincent College.

Community and volunteerism play an important role in J.C.’s life. He is a member of the Finance Council for Regina Coeli Parish. Also, J.C. gives time to the Light of Life Rescue Mission, providing food and hope to men, women, and children experiencing homelessness, poverty, or addiction. When J.C. is not working with clients or giving back to his community, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, family, and friends.
