Earle Allen is an institutional retirement plan advisor based in New York City, NY.

CAPTRUST welcomed Earle to our team in 2021. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, he manages the relationships of several of our healthcare and academic institutions, as well as other nonprofit organization employers in helping them fulfill their fiduciary responsibility to their plan. He also acts as a senior level resource to a number of other CAPTRUST retirement clients.

In his role as principal, Earle is charged with the development, implementation, and management of strategic initiatives in the overall delivery of services to defined contribution plan clients.

Earle joined us from Cammack Retirement Group—a leading national, independent retirement plan consulting and investment advisory firm where he served as partner. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from Dartmouth College where he played on the baseball team and was a member of Chi Gamma Epsilon. He went on to receive a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a dual emphasis on management and marketing. Earle received his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS®) designation from the Wharton School of Business.
