Mindy Reineke is a financial wellness consultant for CAPTRUST at Work, based in Chesterton, IN.

Mindy joined CAPTRUST in 2020 when Lakeside Wealth Management became CAPTRUST. As a financial wellness consultant, she’s responsible for increasing the employee participation of retirement plan clients. Her focus is to promote financial literacy and give clients the tools to work toward greater financial strength; she works closely with HR professionals to engage their participants.

She started in the industry working with a pension fund manager in Chicago, covering the equity trading desk and assisting in managing the bond and cash positions for accounts. When she moved to the East Coast, she operated the trading desk for Cigna Insurance and for the Hartford Insurance Group. Her most recent position was as a client service associate for a local financial advisor before coming to CAPTRUST.

She was a board member for the Tri Kappa Iota philanthropic organization and currently sits on the scholarship committee for the CAPTRUST Community Foundation.

Mindy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Dayton.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, golfing, and going on new adventures with her family.
