Alisa O’Neil is an estate and financial management advisor based in Boston.
CAPTRUST welcomed Alisa in 2024, when Boston Financial Management became CAPTRUST.
Alisa develops integrated financial and estate planning and tax strategies for high-net-worth clients and advises them on a wide range of income, estate, and gift tax issues and retirement planning and goals. As co-president of Boston Fiduciary Services, LLC, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the management of the LLC and the fiduciary administration of the professional trustee role.
Alisa’s past experience includes working as trust counsel of a multi-family office/professional trustee firm, practicing estate planning and estate administration attorney and as an estate settlement officer.
Alisa received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Midwestern State University and her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School.
She is currently the president of the Boston Estate Planning Council and is on the Board of Trustees at Beth Israel Deaconess–Milton Hospital.
Outside of work, Alisa enjoys traveling, attending musicals, and being with her husband and three young children.
