Justin Cohen is an institutional retirement plan advisor based in Grand Rapids, MI.

Justin joined CAPTRUST in 2020 through an acquisition of Plante Moran’s retirement plan advisory practice, where he served as an advisor within the firm’s Institutional Investment Advisory practice. Justin provided independent and unbiased fiduciary services to retirement plan sponsors and helped participants realize their financial goals.

As an institutional retirement plan advisor at CAPTRUST, Justin continues to provide investment advisory services for clients, including fiduciary compliance and training, administrative best practices, industry trends, regulatory updates, and financial wellness.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from Michigan State University and the designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA™).

Outside of the office, Justin enjoys spending time on the lake with his wife Maggie and their Golden Retriever, Tucker.
