Kipp Small is an institutional retirement plan advisor based in Tampa, FL. 

Kipp joined CAPTRUST in 2017 when CapTrust Advisors joined CAPTRUST. Kipp serves as a senior financial advisor and is responsible for providing retirement plan and investment advisory services to fiduciaries of corporate retirement plans. He is motivated to enhance participation education and outcomes and to provide strategic plan management.

Prior to joining the firm, Kipp worked as a principal retirement plan consultant at Mercer and has worked in the industry since 1991. When he is not in the office or with a client, Kipp enjoys being outdoors and on the water.
