Richard Torbinski is an institutional retirement plan advisor based in Warren, NJ.

Rich joined CAPTRUST in 2021 from Portfolio Evaluations, Inc. (PEI)—a 29-year-old leading national, independent retirement plan consulting and investment advisory firm—where he was a partner and co-founder.

Rich is part of the CAPTRUST management team in the Warren, New Jersey, office and advises institutional investment committees of defined contribution and trustee directed portfolios in every phase of their fiduciary investment decision making process.

Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Business Administration degree from Rutgers University.
