Tim Martin specializes in merger and acquisition efforts and is based out of the Raleigh, NC office.

Tim joined CAPTRUST in 2007 and serves as a senior director, M&A Finance, supporting merger and acquisition efforts.

Previously, he led the firm’s performance reporting teams and worked on the CAPTRUST integration team.  For many years, Tim was a member of the finance team, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable and supporting budgeting, integration, and financial reporting efforts. He has worked in this industry since 2007.
