David supports CAPTRUST’s inorganic growth efforts and is based out of the Raleigh, NC office.

David serves as a senior manager, strategic growth specializing in acquisition and other inorganic growth efforts for CAPTRUST, including advisor and firm growth initiatives, attending and speaking at industry events, and sourcing and managing the pipeline of acquisition prospects.

Prior to joining the firm, David was a senior regional associate at Hatteras Funds responsible for business development and investor relations. He has worked in the industry since 2014. For the first ten years of his career, David worked at a global sports and entertainment agency, focusing on corporate and player partnerships.

When not at work, David enjoys running, golf, traveling, and spending time with his two children, Pace and Mack, and his wife, Joanna.
