Heather Darcy is an institutional retirement plan advisor based in Raleigh, NC.

Heather joined CAPTRUST in 2015 as vice president and financial advisor and is responsible for helping 401(k) and 403(b) plan sponsors manage their plans more effectively with independent advice on investments, plan design, participant engagement, vendor management, and fiduciary process. Prior to joining the firm, Heather served as a 401(k) consultant with Paychex, and has worked in the industry since 2005.
