Jamie Lynch is an institutional advisor based in Des Moines, IA.

CAPTRUST welcomed Jamie to our team in 2021. He brings over 20 years of experience serving clients in complex sectors of the financial services industry. Jamie has a knack for building relationships that thrive. Through this client-centric approach, he provides customized, comprehensive financial solutions to our clients.

Jamie joined us from Wells Fargo, where he served as vice president of relationship management, assisting the firm’s clients with financial planning, investment evaluations, fee analysis, benchmarking, and participant education. Jamie began his career at Principal Financial Group, where he spent 17 years in various roles. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and marketing from Graceland University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa.

When not at the office, Jamie loves spending time with his family. From bike rides to building with Legos and coaching athletic teams, he prioritizes family time. Otherwise, you can typically find Jamie outside, either enjoying the Des Moines area’s trails or river system, or just working around the house.
