On Monday August 3, Triangle Business Journal named 50 local businesses as its Best Places to Work for 2015. For the fourth time and third year in a row, CAPTRUST has been honored with making the Journal’s list. Businesses are scored and ranked based on the results of a survey voluntarily completed by employees. Companies must be rated highly by employees and meet an employee participation threshold to be eligible for recognition.
The publication will honor top-ranked business in four size categories: small, medium, large, and giant. Specific rankings in the respective categories will be announced at an awards dinner on September 25 in Durham, NC.
Triangle Business Journal editor Sougata Mukherjee describes the recognized companies as those that “clearly understand that their success depends on the well-being of their employees.” CAPTRUST CEO and co-founder Fielding Miller couldn’t agree more saying, “We aim to hire tremendous people who are additive to our culture which is our biggest asset and is reflected in both the way we treat each other and tend to the needs of our clients.”
