Chief Executive and Chief Investment Officer, Verger Capital Management

Jim is the chief executive and chief investment officer of Verger Capital Management. Jim oversees all investment decisions and is responsible for setting the course for the company, leading corporate strategy and ensuring that Verger remains competitively positioned. Previously, Jim was vice president and chief investment officer at Wake Forest University responsible for investment of the University's endowment. Prior to joining Wake Forest, Jim served as managing director at Wilshire Associates Inc., and chief investment officer and portfolio manager for Wilshire Funds Management. Jim holds a BBA in finance from Villanova University, where he was a member of the NCAA Division I men’s varsity soccer team. Outside the office, Jim spends time with his most important teammates: his wife and two boys.
Principal, Fiduciary Practice Group Co-Head, and Executive Committee Member, Groom Law Group, Chartered
Jenny is Co-Head of Groom Law Group’s Fiduciary practice group and one of five members of the firm’s Executive Committee. In her role as practice group Co-Head, Jenny is responsible for ensuring that the strategic direction and new initiatives of the Fiduciary group position the Groom Law Group to serve the needs of its financial institution, corporate and public plan clients. In her practice, Jenny advises financial institutions on the design and delivery of products and services to the retirement plan marketplace, and advises large corporate and public plan sponsors on all aspects of ERISA fiduciary compliance. Jenny holds a BA from Avila College, where she graduated magna cum laude, and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where she graduated cum laude. She has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Employee Benefits Law (2013-2015) and The Legal 500 US, Tax Law, Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation (2011, 2014). Jenny enjoys sailing and scuba diving with her husband, Steve and two children, Flint and Sirina.

Dave is a retired financial advisor and retirement plan consultant for corporate retirement plans and retirement plan fiduciaries who joined CAPTRUST in 2008. Prior to joining CAPTRUST, he spent 16 years with Fidelity Investments Institutional Services Company, where he was responsible for Fidelity's defined contribution product, sales, and services. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and finance from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, PA.
Founder and Chief Strategist, Bulldog Solutions, Inc.
Rob is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in launching, growing and operating businesses. He currently serves as founder, chairman, and chief strategist of Bulldog Solutions, an award-winning B2B marketing agency. At Bulldog, Rob advises enterprise business executives on how to turn the chaos of today’s digital landscape into massive business growth opportunities. Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and is a faculty member at Acton School of Business.

Jerry is a co-founder of Greenway Solutions, a consultancy that specializes in online banking, online security, predictive analytics, and operations risk management. Jerry leads Greenway's online security practice which specializes in security architecture, data analytics, fraud control testing, and project management. Greenway’s clients include 4 of the top 5 U.S. financial institutions, as well as many regional financial institutions and several UK clients.
Mark S. Wilson
Past Chairman, Kimley-Horn
Mark is past chairman of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., a 3,200-person engineering, design, planning, and environmental consulting firm based in Raleigh, NC. He joined Kimley-Horn in 1989. In 1992, he became chief financial officer. As president (2002-2009) and chairman (2009-2015), he oversaw years of strong growth for the firm and its initial ranking among Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For,” where Kimley-Horn has now appeared 11 times. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in business from Wake Forest University and his Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. An enthusiastic downtown resident of Raleigh, NC, he and his wife, Tricia, have three sons and two daughters.
